Our Story

AFF is a faith-based organization dedicated to ending the exploitation, sale and enslavement of men, women and children. We provide resources, education and training to bring awareness about human trafficking.

Throughout Mississippi, AFF is bringing awareness about human trafficking. We are working with others throughout the law enforcement, business, government, education, medical, media/arts, non-profit and faith communities (among others), to help victims and end this modern form of slavery. AFF wants to inspire the public to “look beneath the surface” and help find a solution to end human trafficking, locally and abroad. AFF is initially focused on meeting a victim’s need for shelter and protection.

Then, collaborating with others AFF is creating plans for hope and healing to bring total restoration to victims’ lives. How do we help put a stop to human trafficking? By helping one victim at a time! Join with us in finding solutions to this pandemic. Together, we can make a difference!

Our Mission

Advocates For Freedom‘s (AFF) mission is to bring Awareness and Education of Human Trafficking as we Collaborate with Law Enforcement and other groups to help victims of this modern-day slavery and find a place called “Home”.

Our Vision

Our vision is through our strong programs and projects to make a real impact in our communities throughout the state for all victims and to be able to say there are answers, help, and hope in the injustice of Human Trafficking. We intend to do this by helping one person at a time to have healing, hope and the safety and love of a “Home”.

Our Approach

Advocates For Freedom is dedicated to ending the exploitation, sale and enslavement of men, women and children.  With our Three Pillars of advocacy, we are bringing awareness and education. We are collaborating state wide to lead the way in stopping Human Trafficking in Mississippi and beyond.

Annually, $150 billion is made through human trafficking

The 3 Pillars of Advocates For Freedom

Join us in the fight against Modern Day Slavery!

Pillar #1

We believe that Awareness is the first step to rescuing victims.  Traveling the State of Mississippi, our team shares information, provides encouragement, and empowers people to help end human trafficking.

Pillar #2

Education is key.  AFF has developed and is sharing age-appropriate educational materials with schools and in classrooms statewide. We work closely with and provide training to law enforcement and other related agencies

Pillar #3

It takes a community. AFF is collaborating with others across the state in the areas of government, law enforcement, businesses, medical, education, churches, non-profits and others. Together, we are making a difference!
